This Affiliate Agreement ("Agreement") outlines the terms and conditions for affiliates of TruthWar, LLC, promoting

1. Enrollment

Affiliates apply via the registration form. TruthWar, LLC reserves the right to accept or reject applications.

2. Affiliate Responsibilities

Affiliates agree to ethical marketing and compliance with laws, including FTC guidelines.

3. Commissions

- Rate: 5% commission on valid physical book sales.

- E-Book Sales: Affiliates earn a 20% commission on each valid e-book sale.

- Payment: Paid every 60 days with a $20 minimum, via PayPal.

- Tracking: Cookies track sales for 30 days.

Note: Commissions do not include upsells; affiliates are only paid on the base product sale.

High Volume Clause

Affiliates selling over 1,000 books can earn up to 10% commission on further sales.

4. Restrictions

Affiliates may not:

- Use links for personal purchases.

- Engage in spam or unauthorized advertising.

5. Termination

TruthWar, LLC may terminate this Agreement for breaches or at its discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

Affiliates may use provided promotional materials but may not alter or create derivatives without approval.

7. Limitation of Liability

TruthWar, LLC is not liable for indirect damages arising from participation in the program.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Illinois.
